I create a agent in Copilot Studio and deploy it on Microsoft Teams. And it works several months.

But one of my colleagues suddenly couldn't talk to the bot, and they could use it normally before.

The error:

The bot is created by copilot studio but what is the format of the data that it is based on? Does it use external documents or are all of the answers baked into the bot? Does your colleague still have authorization to access the external data?

The bot is created by copilot studio.

Everyone talk is normal but one person who was normal not long ago.

Was this a one off error or is it happening continuously? Did you ensure that your colleague's permissions or authorizations to the underlying data have not been changed recently?

Please share the exact discussion they are passing in

Then have someone else try to do the exact same thing. Exactly the same thing. See if it fails
