    Did someone assign to you the roles to access Copilot Studio?

    One other things to check would be licencing. Do you have a Copilot studio user licence or trial licence? 
     
    What happens if you try going straight into Copilot Studio? Do you get the same error? (https://copilotstudio.microsoft.com)

    Hi
    • Ask your IT admin to confirm you have a valid Copilot Studio (or M365 Copilot) license enabled.
    • Verify you hold the correct security role Environment Maker role (or higher) in the target Power Platform environment.
    • Make sure the environment has a Dataverse data store and is in a supported region.
    Once all three are confirmed, retry the copy.
