Hi,

what can be the reason why a agent is ignoring the knowledge source graph api Confluence.

The source is successfully configured in microsoft search and also the user is assigned in the rollout to target audiance.

I created the same approach in other tenant and there it worked.

What can cause this and how can i get detailed information about the problem? Is there a log or trace available for the bot?

Hi @MF-07041430-0

Did you remember to configure the Azure App registration etc for Graph to be called on behalf of the user, with the proper delegations?
