Dear all,

I'm looking for the trigger option shown in the videos "Phrases".

This is what the video looks like:

And this is what I have in my studio.

I have found a workaround but that seems not to be the same.

I can use "The agent chooses" but then the intent needs to be added, this is right now not possible though UI, at least I cannot find it. BUT what is working is Code Editor...

Here you can add the intent:

IT seems to work the same way...

Can someone confirm that it is the same and/or advise me how to get to the "Phrases"?

I'm sorry but your answer is just half the way ;)

To summarize your answer @Michael E. Gernaey and my proposal - the right answer to my question is:

Phrases has been removed, so video is outdated

Instead use "The Agent chooses"

combine that with the intent as seen on the screenshot

I did not add that part intentionally as intent is not required.

It is something you can do to try to emulate the Phrases, but it works without it. If you are building specific agents with specific Topical needs (lol I cannot believe I said Topical, what do I have a rash), then how you set them up does matter. But I do not include intent in mine so it is not necessary to emulate specifically catching phrases

Also phrases has not been removed, its removed when you use Gen AI, if you want to go back to classical it works just fine.

Again my answer is the answer, you can keep trying to say differently but it still i.s

Yes video is obsolete but copilot is upgraded.

Keep in mind there two ways the agent can be configured, either Generative or Classic

You're in Generative hence not seeing phrases which belong to classic.

Now all the agents are by default selected with Generative, whatever you give as Phrases can be injected as Agent "Description" underneath "The Agent chooses"

You can use the description field to force certain phrases, but with Generative AI switched on it only works in some scenarios, so I wouldn’t rely on it. If you want the old Phrases behaviour back, turn off Generative AI. I’ve shown this in one of the Screens below.
