Hello,

I happen to be able to view only user personal spaces when I connect to my orgnaisation's confluence.

I want to be able to use a space (not user specific) and all of the confluence pages under that space as knowledge for my bot, so It can respond based on it.

How do I do this, am I missing any access to Confluence to enable such configuration?

As they should be able to help you more. I do not use it myself so I wouldn't want to tell you incorrectly.
