The agent itself counts as a channel. Even with no channels explicitly enabled, Copilot Studio registers a default channel under the hood that your DLP policy is blocking.
What to do:
Since you don't know your admin, go to admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com -> find whoever manages your tenant's DLP policies and ask them to whitelist the Copilot Studio connector in the policy applied to your environment.
You can't fix this yourself, it's a tenant-level DLP block.

Check Your Agent Configuration: Review your agent’s configuration in Copilot Studio to see if any connectors or channels are implicitly enabled. Sometimes, even the default agent channel counts as a channel subject to DLP policies.
Request Policy Adjustment: Ask your admin to either whitelist the connectors your agent uses or create an exception for your environment or agent. Alternatively, the admin can remove or adjust the blocking policy.
