Knowlegde and tools inaccessible

I wonder if anyone can help please?

I have a trial for Copilot studio agent.

All the knowledge and tools have become inaccessible today.

I have tried upgrading to PAYG in case that was needed. It did not fix the issue.

Those sections say i need to start a trial. but when i click the button, it says (and knows) I already have a trial. So it loops me back to the agent and does not fix the issues.

hello

if you have a trial (not experired), did you try to create a new agent ? did it happen in all agent ?

if happen in all agent, sadly the environnement bugged (never seen this) and only option will be to open a official MS ticket from your tenant.

if it help to solve, please mark answer as verify it's very important :)

Yes i tried to create another agent and it had the same issues.

so sadly, i think this a internal bug, the good answer is to open a ticket with the support from you'r tenant (you could ask you'r IT admin or do it from admin page if you are the admin) :( sad time sorry i can't help more
