Plan Designer - Challenge

I have completed all Power Platform and Copilot Studio courses apart from the optional Plan Designer - Challenge, where I get the following error on the generative page: 'Failed to submit application. Please try again.' (see attached}.
I appreciate that this challenge is optional and I would like to know if I will get anything more, i.e. any badge or certification, if I submit it?
 
Also, I would like to know if I can get any help with the error? I tried to join the scheduled Q&A session but it didn't start and nobody let me in. Thank you!

    With this type of error, often the best thing to do is to prompt the designer with the error. 
     
    For example, "I get the error Failed to submit application. Please try again. Fix this error"
     
    With luck, the designer will resolve the problem. Let us know how you get on with that.

    Do you see any red error in DevTools (Console) when you click Submit? In your screenshot I only see icon “not registered” warnings, which aren’t related to saving.

    Cloud be a bad data-source mapping (wrong table/column logical name, lookup/choice saved in the wrong shape, missing required field).
     
    Make also sure that during the "Describe your page" step along with your prompt you include also the necessary tables.

    Yes, I am getting this red error: 
     
    183 Error submitting application: Error: No metadata or ManyToOneRelationships not found.
        at bundle.js:2:3413212
        at bundle.js:2:3413569
        at async Promise.all (org9a380ba6.crm.dynamics.com/uclient/index 0)
     
     
    One of the two tables is not updated. The designer didn't resolve that.

    Can you confirm if your 'select cat' dropdown is populating correctly with cat values?
     
    I note in your screenshot that this field in mandatory but no cat is selected. This would be a possible reason for the error you see.
