Issue with Gmail connector to send Email

I was wrong in the session today. The fix to approve Gmail connector solved the issue Outside Copilot context. I got the error message in flow with Copilot trigger but not with, for example manually triggered flow. For manually triggered flow the Gmail connector worked.

Flow client error returned with status code "Forbidden" and details "{"error":{"code":"GoogleDIpViolation","message":"Flow " cannot be activated because it violates Google data governance policies. Configure a custom application id for your google
connections to enable access to non-first-party services.","extendedData":())}".

One solution that Copilot chat suggested was to go to Google Console and create and configure a custom Google OAuth 2.0 client ID for your Gmail connector. This worked for me.

As I said It is only when using the Copilot trigger(I only tested Copilot trigger and manually trigger). Is there a setting in Copilot that can prevent this? Or is this totally on Google side? Or can Microsoft do something to get Copilot studio Designer to work the same way that Power Automate does :) Maybe get some approval between the services in the backend... :)
