Support in disabling the Connection manager in Agent developed with Copilot Studio

We have developed an Agent using Copilot studio, we installed the Agent in MS Teams. The Agent is asking to integrate connection manager to setup connections to SharePoint, Power Automate and Excel connection. Is there any solution to automate the backend connections and make User experience comfortable without such prompts from the Agent?

This is standard as it requires the user to approve the connections to be used not just created.

As an overall it depends what the agent does and how, meaning you can create Connections, you can create Service Accounts, you can Share Connections, you can make it so that a connection from User A is always used and the Actual user won't get prompted.

    But there is another problem.

If you expect to track who is actually doing what, and you setup connections that are NOT using the users credentials, then it will look like Service Account A or User A is always doing the work.

So can you.. sort of and yes... does it benefit you... not always no.

    Thank you!
