I had issues with one of my agents where the with knowledge from multiple files and sharepoints, working fine, however one day the knowledge status was stuck in progress and the agent was not working as it did, I was informed to delete it and create a new agent which I have done however when adding more than one knowledge source the agent gets stuck in progress status and does not move to the ready stage when adding files (small files not more than 3mb) or additional sharepoints which is preventing me on creating other agents due to this issue with all knowledge getting stuck in progress status?

This happens a lot. I would open a ticket and make them debug it for you, so we can get as many people as possible to help make this get fixed once and for all.
