Convert MS Form Response to Planner Task with Checklist

We have internal users submit Forms for service requests, and I am trying to take those and create a Planner task for the service team. Task creation is a cinch, but it fails at the 'update task details' step. Has anyone had success with this? (Yes, I have tried scouring Google and YouTube, but their solutions are not having success in my flow.)

In order to help, we'll need more detail about your issue. Please post a screenshot of the action that you're using so we can see where the error might be, along with the full text of the error message from a failed flow run.

My guess is you're using the wrong item as the Task ID in your Update Task action. When adding the task ID, be sure to click Add Dynamic Content and select the task ID generated by your Create Task action:
