Dataverse Accelerator App malfunctioning

Hello all, I cannot create automated plugins through Dataverse Accelerator App, there are no errors thrown, app is launching, rendering buttons that I can click to begin work on a plugin, but when pressed i can see the circle showing background operation in progress and nothing happens afterwards, circle disappears and UI remains empty. I've already updated the app, tried clearing cash, restarting PC, I have system admin rights in 2 developer environments, and same experience in both. Any clues what might be going on? Network trace shows only one "401 unauthorized error" with request url starting with
https://browser.pipe.aria.microsoft.com/Collector/3.0/

Any ideas folks?

here's a breakdown of what might be causing the issue with the Dataverse Accelerator App when trying to create automated plugins:

    • Make sure Application Insights is connected
If the Accelerator App isn’t behaving as expected, it could mean that it needs proper telemetry for effective plugin diagnostics. Head over to the Power Platform Admin Center and ensure that Application Insights is properly linked to your environment. This connection helps in monitoring and provides critical insights that could assist in identifying the root of the problem.

    • Test in a fresh environment
Create and spin up a brand-new developer environment from scratch and install only the Accelerator App within it. Doing so will help you determine whether the issue stems from your current setup or if there’s a problem with the app itself. This clean-slate approach can be instrumental in isolating the exact source of the problem.

    • Look for missing Dataverse stuff
Run the Solution Checker or carefully go through the setup manually to identify if there’s any required table, plugin step, or other critical component missing. Such missing elements can often be the cause of unexpected issues, so it’s worth conducting a thorough check to ensure everything is in place.

    • Try the Plugin Registration Tool (PRT)
Leverage the Plugin Registration Tool available in XRMToolBox to manually register a plugin and test its functionality. If it successfully works when done manually, it could indicate that the problem may lie within the UI logic of the Accelerator App itself, rather than with the plugin or its integration.

    • Let someone know
Still feeling stuck or unable to resolve the problem? Share your experiences by posting about the issue on the Power Platform Community forums. we have the same issue and i found out that in our case the culprit is multiple language layers. We have English base and Then Danish on top. So if you have Polish on top, that would be the same.
You will actually see that the app will not work as soon as you open it. The two default plugins 'Send mail...' are missing to be created. That is why comparing network activity using F12 does not help, because the problem is in the installation itself which is hidden.

You will need to make the following steps:

    - disable additional language layer
    - uninstall all 3 managed solutions for Dataverse Accelerator
    - install it again from 'Install Apps'
    - verify it works
    - reenable additional language layer

    The above worked for me.

    Have nice day
    Tomas
