Custom Connector with Connection Reference in Solution Requires Sign In

I created a Custom Connector.

I created a Connection Reference to that Custom Connector using a Service Account.

I deployed the Solution from Dev to Beta.

When I run the app in Beta, it asks me to sign-in

When I click sign-in, nothing happens.

1) It shouldn't prompt to sign in for this Custom Connector because of the Connection Reference, right?

2) If I have to sign in (what's the point of Connection References then?), why won't it do anything?

Custom Connector with Connection Reference in Solution Requires Sign In

@IPC_ahaas Hi,

When you deploy solution from A env to B env, you have to bind the connection conference to B env.

The original one is only for you Dev environment.

Have you got the prompt when you import the solution ?

Double check the connection reference in your Beta environment solution, try to configure the reference from there if it works.
