Again, got home after leaving because of this nightmare.
Last night created a new web site. went in and out adding to it, so different versions, based on what is there the pages and page names, etc.

Went in late last night, all was near beginning of when I started it. about 10%. maybe
All day today, in and out same 10%. Last I left hours ago, finally had about 70%, and I did nothing since last night. Thought I would wait and come back in and hope 100% is there because that happened on another website.
Before I left home hours ago, back to 10%, just got back home 10%. Lucky when I found 70% I published, cut & paste one page. Now get home, back to 10%.

When do you think the 100% will come back, like the other website did? All I can do is hope.

So, Power Pages or Edge browser, which is the problem?

What do I do?

Thank your for choosing Power Platform Community.

This could be happening due to Power Pages caching, draft vs. published state, or session inconsistencies.

Edge browser caching may contribute, but Power Pages is the primary suspect.

Here are a few things you could try to fix the issue:
-Clear browser cache or use Incognito Mode to avoid stale content.
-Always publish changes—autosave doesn’t guarantee visibility.
-Verify environment and site in Power Pages admin center here https://make.powerpages.microsoft.com/
-Check for backups or version history if GitHub or Dataverse is used.
-Use Dev Tools (F12) to inspect network activity for failed syncs.
-Manually back up content (copy-paste) until the issue is resolved.

If the issue persists, raise a support ticket via Power Platform Admin Center here https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/
Include timestamps, environment, and what you observed.

I understand you are having an issue, but please do not spam the forum with multiple posts - These forums are a community based support forum. If you wish you can log a support ticket with Microsoft through your Office 365/Power Platform tenancy.

I am not aware of a similar issue being reported. However, one thing to be aware of is how/where things are stored and things that you may inadvertently do. Sometimes issues can arise where you are using 2 interfaces at the same time e.g. the Designer & the Power Pages Management app - as both are reading/updating data to the same data source.

When you make a change in the Designer and it saves, you should be able to find that change from the Power Pages Management App (if you can then it will also be added to the standard backup). Conversely, if you are making a change in the Power Pages Management app to have that change appear in the Designer you need to do a Sync from the Designer (the Sync basically means refresh the Designer with data from Dataverse) - Similar if using the code editor as it also stores back to Dataverse. If the designer says it is saved but you cannot see it from the Power Pages Management app then there is an issue.

A problem can occur when you have an item open in the Power Pages Management App, and you are editing the same item in the Designer & after the changes are saved in the designer you then save the item in the Power Pages Management app (or dataverse has autosave turned on - it is by default - and it autosaves) as you are saving the version that is open in the App over the top of the Designers change.
