I just tested this and I'm able to recreate this issue. There appears to be an issue where the Co-pilot homepage redirects to the default environment.

I can see from your URL that it points to the default environment.

I assume that you don't see the environment picker that allows you to change to your development environment.

If that's the case, I suggest you go to https://make.powerapps.com and switch to your default environment. Make a note of the environment id that appears.

In a new browser window, navigate to Copilot studio by entering the URL in this format, making sure to substitute your environment id here.

    https://copilotstudio.microsoft.com/environments/<ENTER YOUR ENVIRONMENT URL HERE>/home

Hopefully that will do the trick. If not, I suggest that you contact powerup-support@microsoft.com and they can hopefully assist with this.

I am not able log into the copilot studio once again. This time i have visited the make.power.apps website but it seems  I only have one environment available as seem below:

    Thanks for the update.

Since you only have 1 environment visible, I assume it's been disabled or deleted.

For Power Up accounts, I believe there's a system of reclaiming Developer environments as there's a cost associated with them. Outside of the Power Up system, Developer environments are automatically disabled and deleted following a period of inactivity.

To reinstate your access, I'd see if the option to create a Developer environment is visible in the Power Up portal. You would have used this to create your environment when you first registered for the program.

Alternatively, if you reach out to support on powerup-support@microsoft.com,  they can hopefully fix this for you.
