Unable to import and generate new solution

Hi everyone,

I am having difficulties on importing a solution as after selecting the file from the curriculum resources, then school library. An error message appears: No response received: Network Error (ERR_NETWORK).

Also, when creating a new solution, it suddenly exits with the message: Could not create solution. Failed to load publishers.

did you pick a publisher when creating the solution? Can you send screenshots?

Here are some screenshots. on the tables it keeps on refreshing and displays the error message. While when creating a new solution, it automatically exits the panel.

Can you please verify what environment you are trying and what Solution and that none of the parts already exist and then @mmbr1606 can help you more.
