Dataverse table data is duplicated when dataflow refresh again

Hi Team,
 
I am facing an issue while refreshing the data into dataverse table the data is getting duplicated.
Even after selecting a primary key its allowing duplications. What is the solution for this?
Could you please guide me on this?

    Dataverse table data is duplicated when dataflow refresh again
     
    You have to set a key. Go to Power Apps → Tables → [Your Table] → Keys → Add Key. 
     
    Select the column that uniquely identifies your record.
     
    Example:
     
    This ensures that when you refresh the dataflow, Dataverse updates existing rows instead of creating duplicates.

    Can you help us with Screenshot to help you further?
     
    Based on @chiaraalina suggestion, if we create a KEY it will avoid duplicate, but i feel GUID (Unique) for each record.
