You can’t change the colour of individual items inside a ComboBox in Power Apps.
The control doesn’t support conditional formatting at item-level (Microsoft limitation).
You can only style the whole list (e.g., Color, Fill, HoverFill, PressedFill).
There is a workaround this using Gallery but it's really complicated and not worth the time investment if not for learning purpose.
