Once the settings are turned on it take around 24-48 hours to display the reports.
The location you're checking is correct. Manage → Power Apps → Environment View is where the environment-level analytics should appear.
The key point is that tenant-level analytics and environment-level analytics are separate views. After enabling tenant-level analytics, Microsoft says the reports typically appear within 24–48 hours, while the Power Apps tenant-level Usage report can take around 24–36 hours to start reflecting activity.
Since you enabled it 4 days ago, the delay alone shouldn't normally explain why you're still seeing “No data available.”
Check these points:
One other important point: the analytics service only starts collecting the data used by the Usage report after tenant-level analytics is enabled; it doesn't backfill historical usage from before enablement.
So, in your case, don't look under Manage → Power Apps expecting the tenant-level Overview report there. Check:
Power Platform admin center → Analytics → Power Apps → Overview
and then:
Analytics → Power Apps → Environment View
If both remain empty after 4+ days despite active Power Apps usage, I'd treat it as an analytics provisioning/data-collection issue and raise a Microsoft support ticket rather than waiting longer.
