Translation into Danish

I am currently working with the new rules in both Danish and English and the translation into Danish does not make any sense.  The Rule ' A file is deleted' is translation to 'En fil er obligatorisk' which means that the file is obligatory.  This does not make any sense.  It would be better if it was translated to 'En fil er slettet'.
