I wonder if there's an out of the box configuration approach to display a FORM SELECTOR in the Power Pages form, just like how the form selector works in D365 Apps (e.g. Sales app). Any recommendations? My goal is to know the best way possible and make the solution easy to apply and not add too much complexity to the design.

There is not really a standard out of the box way to do this.
I am assuming you are wanting to do a page with the form on the page - what you will want to do is create a standard HTML dropdown (either in the Page Copy or by using JavaScript and appending it to the DOM) and on change do a javascript redirect to another page that contains the other form on it.
A variation of this would be to use 1 webpage page: on change of the dropdown do a JS redirect sending the record id and another parameter containing a value that indicates the form to use then on the Web page being redirected to use Liquid to check the Request to get the form and write the entity form entry.
