Power Automate Flow is not available in my Canvas APP

I have a flow that uses a Power Apps V2 trigger - it calls an Open AI model and works independently. I want to send a prompt to this flow from a Canvas APP. I am the owner of both the APP and the FLow and they are developed in the same environment. In the Canvas App I go to Data - Add Data - Power Automate and I expect my flow to be available, but it does not show up there.

If you want to embed a Power Automate flow in a Canvas app, you should actually go to the Power Automate section and "Add Flow"

Hi,

Sounds like you are trying to add a data connection to Power Automate (used for admin tasks etc) rather than adding a flow to your canvas app. To add a flow you will need to click the 3 dots on the left hand menu and then select Power Automate. You should then see the option to "+ Add Flow" as shown in the screenshot below.

i hope your canvas app and flow inside the solution

if not please add them in a solution than you would be able to see it

Thanks. The issue was just that I needed to refresh the connection. Unfortunately Chat GPT was hallucinating - telling me that I also had to add the flow via Data - Add Data.
