Doubt in power up program videos

I have enrolled the advanced level and i almost complete above 50%. But still now the intermediate level is not get update in the percentage but i completed the videos in the intermediate level. So, What is the problem and how can i solve this?

In the Microsoft Power Up Program, progress tracking may not update due to:

Causes:

Sync delay (can take 24–48 hours)

Incomplete micro-tasks (quizzes, “mark as complete”)

Portal issues/bugs affecting progress updates

Solutions:

Log out, clear cache, and log back in to force sync

Verify all modules/videos show completed (green checkmarks)

Complete any external labs or Microsoft Learn content

Contact support if issue persists beyond 48 hours

Contact Support Directly: If the percentage remains stuck for more than 48 hours, reach out to the program's dedicated support email at PowerUpProgramInfo@microsoft.com.

I have completed all the videos in that course. But still now the percentange(52%) is not increased. Next What i want to do?

This email is not correct PowerUpProgramInfo@microsoft.com. I can't find in power up website or in Google search, except for the AI tool
