Custom Agents not available for Copilot inside M365 Apps

Hi,
 
I created and published an agent to the "Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot" channel and I can interact with it in the dedicated Copilot web app and the tab inside Teams.
 
I can not, however, find it inside the Copilot Sidepanels in any of the M365 applications (neither web or app). They don't show up in the "Agents-Store", search or when mentioning.
 
Is there any limitation I'm not aware of for custom Agents?

    check the admin centre -> "Agent usage in Microsoft 365 Copilot report to see if your agent is even recognized/active in the tenant

    There is no usage in that report, looks like that data is only collected on a weekly basis.
     
    But like I wrote, the Agent shows up in the dedicated Copilot Tabs and App, but not in the "Sidepanels", those that are directly in the M365 Apps like Outlook.

    I'm kind of suprised, that there is no information on this behavior out there?
     
    It is just all over the place and follows no logic, at least not for me.
     
    An example my custom Agent (Copilot Studio Full):
    - Shows up in the app sidepanel in Powerpoint  (Windows & Mac)
    - It is not there in the web application
    - It is not in the Outlook sidepanel
    - It is visible and can be pinned/mentioned in the Outlook Mac app
    - In the Outlook Windows app it can only be opened/discovered in the store, mentioning in the chat doesn't work
     
    How can have nobody else have an issue with this?

    Exact same problem I encountered. Tried to create an agent with context to the current open document or webpage but cannot access the agent in the side bar version.
     
    I can only see it in Powerpoint, not in Word, Outlook or Edge where it would actually be helpful for my use case. 
     
    It seems all the apps are running different versions of Copilot side bar even though the version number is the same (Settings > General). If you open settings the Powerpoint version have more options, and when you click create agent, it actually opens Copilot Studio in the side bar (despite the warning) while the others can only redirect you.
