Hi everyone,

I’ve integrated a chatbot (using Copilot) into a custom website and would like to customize its appearance further. Specifically, I’m looking to:

Change the chatbot's color theme (Header, font colors, etc.).
Adjust the content alignment (e.g., text alignment inside the chatbot frame).

Is there a way to achieve this within the Copilot configuration, or would I need to handle it via custom CSS/JavaScript in the website’s code? Any detailed guidance or code examples would be greatly appreciated!

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Power Virtual Agents (PVA) provides some theme customization directly:

Go to Power Virtual Agents portal.

Select your bot → Channels → Custom Website.

In the Embed configuration, you can sometimes set:

Primary color (header/footer background)

Accent color (buttons, highlights)

Bot icon

Font style and size (limited) Copy the generated embed script for your website.
