Tools with JSON payloads are not listing for the Agent in Co-Pilot Studio

I have built an MCP server for NiFi, it exposes all the NiFi API endpoints (CRUD based) as MCP tools, allows any MCP client to use these tools to build any pipeline automatically, When I made a custom connector for it to attach this MCP server with Co-Pilot Agent, Only the tools with no payloads(Get/List based) and the tools that have Nested Complex Json structure (which i have defined using Pydantic) are not shown in the available tools on the Agent side. Can someone guide me what is the reason for this and how can I workaround this issue.

Hey! Same for me! I have built a mcp server that works perfectly fine but I have added some tool that takes some coordinates (i.e. defined with pydantic's BaseModel) and this is not listed in the copilot studio toolset:

can you please verify this for me you said

Did you mean to say

When I made a custom connector for it to attach this MCP server with Co-Pilot Agent, Only the tools with no payloads(Get/List based) ARE VISIBLE and the tools that have Nested Complex Json structure (which i have defined using Pydantic) are not shown in the available tools on the Agent side
