Whats the limit of GPT4.1 mini within power automate - Avoid timeout

I have a custom prompt that runs against large input text and output the result. We use GPT4.1 mini for this. 
 
We observe that prompt sometimes throws timeout  error (shown below)
 
Input text is about 5000 words / 35k characters. 
 
When I checked official GPT4.1 mini limit it appears to be much more. 
 
Also, timeout is not consistent. It does work sometime for even more words/characters than this. 
 
Is there any limitation of the input text that Power automate enforces (apart from GPT  4.1mini's input limits)
 
Of course, we can switch to 4.1 but that also means 10x credits which we would want to avoid if mini is solving the purporse
