I am using my Chatbot on a custom website. I found two issues with this.

1. My custom icon doesn't load even though it's the correct filetype and within size spec

2. Styling of the chatbot cannot easily be changed. This should be part of the Copilot studio configuration, and not require extensive CSS and JavaScript styling options (per this article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/customize-default-canvas?tabs=web

PS: this form is also not working. The "categories" search is not working.

Ensure your icon meets all platform requirements, including file type, dimensions, and size limits. Confirm that the icon file is accessible and correctly referenced in your website's code.

If the issue persists, consider reaching out to the platform's support community or forums for assistance. - they are good to respond!
