I am trying to create a User group and its always stuck on processing , I tried 2 months ago and got frustrated by same issue :(

I want to create one of the best User Group but here I am stuck ..

Help !!

I am sorry to see you are having issues.

Can you try to do this in Incognito, or Private mode after clearing your cache?

Hi @Michael E. Gernaey , Thanks for your reply and I did tried re login (after log out form previous devices ) ,

I tried this in Private Tab , then on new PC Windows 11 and also tried on diffrent browsers ! no solution so far !

I also tried using VPN but nah .. no solution .

Hello! It looks like there was never really a solution to this problem, and I'm experiencing the same thing. I follow the instructions perfectly, but my screen is just stuck on "Processing" after clicking submit.

Has there been any update on this?
