Uploading PDF Files

Hello,
 
I'm using a "Manually trigger a flow action" to start a new flow which uses the file field in the trigger conditions to give the user the possibility to upload a file.
 
If I use the Pick File action and select a PDF-File for example from a OneDrive Folder, nothing happens. The wheel is turning and turning, but the upload itself is not successful.
 
If I do the same starting the flow in the browser everything works fine, so the problem seems to be the Mobile app.
 
Has anyone heard of that? Is there a solution for this problem?

    I tried with multiple files from both web and mobile apps, and it works fine for me. This might be user-specific or tenant-specific. Can you try with another user account and see if the issue persists? If it fails for them as well, the only way forward is to log a support ticket with Microsoft.

    The problem is still existing and in the meantime I opened a support ticket with Microsoft.
     
    Tests with several colleagues have shown that the issue in the app is
    • independent of the used mobile device
    • independent of the model of the mobile device
    • independent of the iOS or iPadOS Version of the mobile device
    • independent of where the file you want to upload is located (local, cloud,…)
    • independent of the type of the file you want to upload (not only PDFs are relevant!)
    • independent of the size of the file you want to upload.
    But the problem appeared in our tests every time we used a file which had a space in the file name – such like “AAA BBB.pdf”. If you replace the space with an underscore or something else the app works fine.
     
    In my opinion there a two workarounds: 
    - Use the flow in the browser where the upload of the same file ist no problem
    - If you want to use the flow in the app nevertheless: delete or replace the space in the file name

    "We used a file that had a space in the file name" — that’s interesting. I think it worked for me because my file didn’t have any spaces. Thanks for identifying and explaining the issue; this will definitely help others if they encounter a similar problem in the future.
