Hello everyone,

I am encountering an issue while trying to sign into Power Automate Desktop. The error message I receive is as follows:

"An error occurred while communicating with the Microsoft cloud service. Please try again, and if the problem persists, contact your administrator."

Correlation ID: 3320db0c-38e6-4b74-a02d-480375bb091f

I have already tried clearing the cache and checking my network settings, but the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced this problem or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?

Do you have the latest version installed?

Was it working previously?

Are you using it in a corporate environment? If so, then the services that you need to connect to could be blocked by a firewall.
