unable to use the connectors adobe acrobat sign after unblocking from DLP policies the same connector works in default region but not in custom region. The environment is default to Europe while creating but the user is from Australia.

Are you able to verify and or share what the DLP policy configuration was? Is there any chance you have Other DLP overlapping policies that might not have been specific to this connector but overlapped in other things like Region, User Region, License etc?

Can anyone in Europe use it? and or is it just Australia or this person who is blocked?
