In the Power Platform Admin Center there is the recommendation :
"Maintain tenant hygiene by reviewing unpublished agents
PREVIEW"
While this is all well and good, is there any mechanism that allows me to either
a) Quarantine the Agent
b) Delete the Agent
c) Change from Published (if applicable)
I know there's a good way to do this for Apps or Flows from the deprecated Centre of Excellence through Manage Permissions App, Power Platform Admin View, etc
Yes, but not through one equivalent PPAC experience yet.
Microsoft has started to provide the "Manage Permissions / CoE-style" governance capabilities for agents, but the agent governance model is still evolving and is distributed across PPAC, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 admin experiences, Power Platform APIs, and the Copilot Studio Kit Compliance Hub rather than being one mature, unified admin experience.
Microsoft now provides the building blocks:
Delete: Copilot Studio UI and Power Platform API. Quarantine: Power Platform API, including quarantine/unquarantine operations. Automated compliance enforcement: Copilot Studio Kit Compliance Hub can perform manual review, quarantine, or deletion based on compliance rules. Central agent inventory/governance: Microsoft is expanding this through Microsoft 365/Agent management experiences. Published → Unpublished: Don't expect a universal one-click equivalent of disabling/unpublishing a Power App or Flow. Agent lifecycle governance is increasingly based on availability, sharing, blocking/quarantine, ownership and deletion.
