Displaying an usage configuration error when calling a Power Automate flow from Power Apps

Hi, all!

The user gets this error "Code: UsageConfigurationNotFound Message: The usage configuration '<null>' could not be found in integration account." when calling a Power Automate flow from Power Apps. I tried to fix the issue by clearing the cache, removing and reassigning access, fixing connections, but it didn’t help. When I use the app with my account, it works without any issues. The user believes the problem may have occurred after last week’s update. Has anyone experienced a similar issue, and if so, were you able to resolve it?

    Try Uninstalling Power Apps from the user's device and re-installing it should fixed the issue.

    Hi, @Riazux.
     
    The user informed me this morning that it’s now working without any problems. I’m not sure whether something I mentioned helped and it just needed some time to start working, or if it was something else. It’s an application that runs from the browser, so I’m not sure what you meant by “uninstalling” the application from the user's device. We didn’t try what you suggested, but thank you for trying to help. The most important thing is that it’s working now.

    Glad to know the issue has been resolved. By “uninstalling,” I was referring to scenario where the user has the Power Apps app installed on their mobile device.

    We are having the same issue, the power app uses a flow with "Power Apps (V2) trigger".
    The app works fine in the Dev environment for all users, but it only works for the dev user in the Test environment.
    All other users have the same error

    I tried to copy to flow in question and "Save as" a new one, guess what. The flow is created, but I can't turn it on since it returns a 404 error. I cannot delete it either.
