2Sou usuário do Windows 11 Pro original com chave de licença paga, e venho enfrentando limitações sérias com o Copilot instalado via Microsoft Store. Apesar de estar integrado ao sistema, o Copilot:
- Não consegue ajudar com configurações básicas do Windows, como converter uma conta Microsoft de volta para local — algo que deveria ser trivial.
- Não oferece suporte prático para tarefas do sistema, mesmo tendo acesso ao ambiente local e sabendo qual versão estou usando.
- Apresenta bugs ao copiar texto das respostas, o que compromete a usabilidade.
- Não acompanha o desempenho de outras ferramentas, como Gemini e ChatGPT, que têm sido mais úteis até mesmo em tópicos onde o Copilot deveria ser predominante — como comandos do Windows e programação.
O Copilot que funcionava via navegador (Edge) era mais eficiente, especialmente para tarefas técnicas. Já o aplicativo nativo parece limitado, mesmo sendo obrigatório no sistema.
Se a ferramenta vem instalada por padrão, deveria agregar valor real — e não frustrar o usuário em tarefas simples. Espero que a Microsoft leve esse feedback a sério e melhore a integração e utilidade do Copilot no Windows.

I'm a genuine Windows 11 Pro user with a paid license key, and I've been experiencing serious limitations with Copilot installed via the Microsoft Store. Despite being integrated into the system, Copilot:
- Can't help with basic Windows configurations, such as converting a Microsoft account back to a local one—something that should be trivial.
- Doesn't offer practical support for system tasks, even with access to the local environment and knowing which version I'm using.
- It has bugs when copying text from replies, which compromises usability.
- It doesn't match the performance of other tools, such as Gemini and ChatGPT, which have been more useful even in topics where Copilot should be predominant—such as Windows commands and programming.
The browser-based Copilot (Edge) was more efficient, especially for technical tasks. The native app, however, seems limited, even though it's mandatory on the system.
If the tool is installed by default, it should add real value—and not frustrate the user with simple tasks. I hope Microsoft takes this feedback seriously and improves the integration and usability of Copilot on Windows.
