It looks to me like the actual input into the Flow itself its not that.
I would publish all customizations on the solution with the flow.
Verify what the inputs actually are into the flow
Refresh your agent
If it still shows that ugg annoying $filter, add another matching nod and rebind to the Flow in the new node. If that work remove this current one.
The schema binding is off so its generating that garbage but without the actual Flow to see I cannot tell you what to type as I do not know your inputs. if you have none, delete that as you do not need it.
If you can share some pictures it will help. But you may also have to delete the Trigger and re-add it, OR you may have to use Save As in your current flow, and point to the newly created one.
Sometimes its just annoying when the metadata is hosed.
