How can I dynamically extract unique values from a specific column in an Excel table stored in OneDrive and display them as selectable button choices or in an adaptive card within a Copilot Studio topic?

Excel location: The file is stored in OneDrive.

Platform: Copilot Studio.

Display method: Button choices or adaptive cards for users to select.

Column: The header “Module” in the Excel table, from which I need to extract unique values.

Dynamic refresh: I want the options shown to users in the Copilot to refresh automatically whenever new values are added to the Excel table (without manual intervention) so that the Copilot always displays the latest list.

Goal:
Users interacting with the Copilot will see up-to-date, unique “Module” options directly pulled from the Excel table, ensuring consistency and reducing manual maintenance.
