Flow with Dataverse trigger stopped working in SANDBOX environment

Issue: Flow with Dataverse trigger stopped working in SANDBOX environment
Background: The flow was created by a different user, but before they left the following were performed
  1. "Primary Owner" was modified to service account
  2. Connection references were updated to service account.
  3. The connection references were verified and reauthenticated by opening the flow and saving it.
But still it stopped working the next day they left. Reverified the flow again nothing seems to be wrong.

Steps Performed to fix the issue:
  1. Turn off and On the flow
  2. Deleted trigger and readded it
  3. Disabled and enabled the flow from Admin portal.
  4. The Save as version works but not the original one.
  5. My last plan is take an export from DEV to Sandbox without deleting from Sandbox. (Not yet done)
Has this been faced by someone else? Appreciate any response.

Thanks

Flows create a webhook in the backend. You can raise a Microsoft support ticket and ask the team to check the webhook registration/service (I’m forgetting the exact term they use, but support will understand).

However, the quickest workaround is to simply create a new flow by copying the logic from the original one.
