Trigger email based on regex

Hi, I would like to check email body and only if it succeeds certain regex is when next flow should be triggered OR we can call GPT and check for certain conditions, how can this be done, i am not seeing a direct method and pardon if its something very easy and i am missing being new. Thanks

Trigger email based on regex

Hi there!

Power Automate cloud does not have true regex so it can't be done there but you could have a cloud flow that triggers "when a new email arrives Outlook 365 (V3)"

Run a desktop flow for Power Automate Desktop

Pass the body of the email to desktop flow

Check the body of the email with real regex

Return the results back to cloud

If true continue actions in copilot studio
