I am building a Copilot Studio agent with multiple topics. the aim is to allow users to add the agent to group chats.
I tried 3 different use cases:
1- When i tag the agent to answer a question based on agent knowledge, the agent respond correctly.
2- When the agent is tagged in a question that triggers a topic, and the topic has a question of type text, i was able to respond to the agent with answer (had to tag the agent again), but it worked.
3- When the agent is tagged in a question that triggers a topic, and the topic has a question of type File, the agent is unable to consume the file and do the further topic actions.
Any idea how to allow the agent to be able to accept files with a tram chat/channel.
