So basically what I'm trying to do is create an internal ticket system on power pages but I need to figure out how to have a chat box But I really don't want to create a page for each department for them to pick up/respond to tickets. any ideas fellas?

Figured the easier way to do this was an http request to power automate, and get an http response.

Hi, you can easily add Copilot Studio / Virtual Agents to Power Pages: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-pages/getting-started/enable-chatbot

This can have access to your Dataverse data as per the PVA configuration

Not sure if I understand the scenario right, can you rephrase what you are trying to achieve? Also, not sure where the JavaScript comes into the mix here
