Unable to add SharePoint inputs

I noticed that the 'Actions' tab has now been renamed to 'Tools'. However, when I go to the Inputs section, I’m unable to add the custom columns I created in SharePoint. Instead, it only shows the option to "Limit columns by view". Has anyone else run into this or found a workaround?

    Unable to add SharePoint inputs
    Hello,

Have the same issue, i'm also not able to add Sharepoint inputs. When try to add the inputs, it propose me only the powerup Curriculum and the communication site link, and not the onboarding one, and if I add mannually the URL link https://learnwithpowerup.sharepoint.com/sites/onboarding-User1, see that have unauthorized access.

After some search, I understood that need to follow the instructions for "Create SharePoint Site and Lists" before have this input available with an new url https://learnwithpowerup.sharepoint.com/sites/onboarding-(the username I provide to the site while I create my site).

But seems it's more an access to sharepoint issue. If you look the pictures I added in attachment, you can see that I do not even have the sharepoint app in the microsoft portal, and because I cannot create the sharepoint site and list, I cannot continue the course.

I contacted already microsoft support and they told me that they will investigate and suggest to discuss with the champs.

    Could you confirm?

    Regards

    Bonnevie Laurent.

    Hi,

I have an agent where the input field works with the regular URL to Copilot Studio https://copilotstudio.microsoft.com/ but does not show up when I use the preview URL for the same agent https://copilotstudio.preview.microsoft.com/

But the tip in the YouTube video @JBLee links to works.

    Regards
    Arild

Guys!  I found a handy workaround from a brilliant YouTuber.  It worked for me, so I believe it will work for you.

    Unable to add SharePoint inputs
    Hi @Michael E. Gernaey,

Thanks for your response and here is what I did.  Get Item > Add and Configure (using pre-existing SharePoint connection) > Go to Input section and tried to edit SharePoint site address.

As shown below, the drop down is disabled and when I clicked 'Customize' button, I only could move this field up and down.  Since I am not able to add the SharePoint site address, I cannot complete this action setting.

Hope this make it more clear enough. Thanks.

    Unable to add SharePoint inputs
    Michael:

Here are my steps (outlined below as well)

    >>Details section<<

    >>Inputs<<

You mentioned "Get Item" = I do not see that, but I clicked on 'Add Input'.

This is where I am stuck on?

    Unable to add SharePoint inputs
Hi @JBLee Hi @CU27061410-0 and others

So I tried to reproduce this and it works for me.

However let me ask a question. Instead of just sharing the picture here, can you please share step by step pictures of what you are doing.

For me, I clicked on, for instance, Get Item, then you can click Add Agent to Click to Configure. I chose to configure. As I already have SharePoint Connections, it leveraged a pre-existing (which I could have changed).

If I click the drop down in Value, it will show all mine (I just am not showing them but they are there)

    Unable to add SharePoint inputs
It seems that there are other people having the same error as I am experiencing too.  Suddenly, Copilot Agent tool doesn't allow me to edit Site Address of the SharePoint.  When I clicked 'Customize' icon, I was only able to move this field down in order, but doesn't allow me to update the value(Site address).  Can anyone help me with this error?  This error is slightly different from the original question.

Hi, same issue here and got stuck. I could enter "Custom Value" for the list but couldn't edit the site address (https://learnwithpowerup.sharepoint.com/sites/Onboarding-MyName). Appreciate if anyone has found a solution. Thank you.
