Copilot studio not retrieving results from the added knowledge source

ello All,

I have a power pages website that ive made public. It is also verified and Indexed in Bing (which I came to know is needed, for it to be searchable).

Here is a couple of screenshots from Bing webmaster showing its indexed and available in bing

Also from copilot studio side, these 3 pages (root page, and the other 2 html pages loan types and account types are all added as knowledge sources too)

ISSUE :

Inspite of the agent being published and all knowledge sources verified, the chatbot doesnt bring results. It just says

Bot said:

I'm sorry, I'm not sure how to help with that. Can you try rephrasing?

Also generative AI is turned on, and here are the settings

The sites were indexed almost 3 days ago. Is it just that it will take more time, or am I missing anything?

Hi,

could you try setting up a topic and let the agent create a generative answer by limiting the knowledge to your pages inside the knowledge source?

If that works than there must be something else in the settings which currently hinder the agent to access the page.
