my learning video is not running

I am facing an issue while trying to play a video in my account. I have already checked my internet connectivity and also tried accessing it through different browsers; however, the issue still persists. It shows a “refused to connect” error each time I try to play the video.

 

Could you please help me resolve this issue at the earliest? I would really appreciate your assistance.
