Agent not working in MS teams - Error code: SystemError.

I am having issues with the Copilot agent, which was working fine in Teams until last week, but now it no longer works. The Copilot web application works normally. If I disable generative intelligence, everything works without errors. So I suspect the issue is related to that. Where can I look for more logs? I enabled logging in Azure Application Insights, but I can’t find anything. The strangest thing is that it works for some people in the company and not for others.
We try to republish the app also in ms teams admin.

    Quick Checks You Can Do Yourself
    1. Restart Teams + Clear Cache
      • Fully quit Teams
      • Delete the cache folder:
        %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
      • Reopen Teams and try again.
    2. Try in Different Teams Clients
      • Try New Teams
      • Try Teams Web (https://teams.microsoft.com)
      • Try Mobile
        If it works in one place but not another, it’s a client issue.
    3. Sign Out and Back Into Teams
      Refreshes your authentication token, which often fixes generative mode failures.
    4. Check If Others in Your Team Have the Same Issue
      If only you are affected, it’s likely cache, client version, or device compliance.
    5. Update Teams Client
      Make sure you’re on the latest version (especially if switching from Classic to New Teams).
    6. Disable → Re-enable the Copilot App in Teams
      • Go to Apps → Find your Copilot → Uninstall
      • Reinstall it
        This forces Teams to refresh the manifest.
    7. Check Your Device Compliance / MFA Status
      If your device is out of compliance or MFA session expired, generative features can break.

    If still failing
    The next step is to ask your Teams admin to:
    • Check your Teams app permissions
    • Compare your policies with a user where it works
    • Confirm no conditional access rules are blocking you

    I try all the above and did not solve the problem.
    The strangest this is that there are some agent which wor and others not.

    My coworker (whom is working on his PC) try to sign in in my MS Temas client and works for him on my computer, which is very strange.
    I try to sign on a new computer with teams for web and still get the same error. 
    We all use Org-wide policy.

    Where can i get some more logs.

    Another strange thing is, when reistalling the chatbot i also try to addit to team channel and there it looks like it work, but not in chat.
