Gallery data not displaying for everyone

Hi,

Below is the filter that has been set to display the data in the gallery

Sort(Filter(CreateNewRequest, StartsWith(RequestNumber, TextInput2.Text) && 'Created By'.Email = User().Email),Created,SortOrder.Descending)
 
Also all the users have same level of access to sharepoint list i.e Full Control

Gallery data not displaying for everyone

Could you explain the issue a bit more? Based on that Filter users will only see the items they created. If the current user hasn't created an item the Gallery will be empty.

HI @NS-10041416-0, did you try to use
Office365Users.MyProfileV2().mail

instead of User().Email and it is always better to include is blank scenarios like Coalesce or IsBlank formulas.
