Taking too much time for Get a row by id and for list rows

In my flows either by using get a row by id or list rows taking so much time..initially it took only 8s. I had issues like infinite loop and throttling ..i fixed my trigger using concurrency setting degree of parallelism to 1. Also in Get a row by id i gave row count to 1.

    How big is the list? Did you use a lot of lookup columns?  Have you added indexes?

    The Get a Row by ID action doesn’t have a Row Count property. Could you let us know at which step the flow seems to be getting stuck, so we can help debug it further?
