Unfortunately you are going to be waiting forever. This is a forum, yes owned by Microsoft but we are all just volunteers who answer, MS does not answer here and will never see what you put.

Also, to say, I have had dozens of times my customers say the same thing, then I review their agents, the instructions, their knowledge sources and their configurations and its an issue in one or many places.

Now I also do see other times when I believe it might / should work so I have to provide them strict instructions, or they are hitting limits of Indexing, or # of files (in SharePoint for instance) or depth of the path of subfolders, or file types, or the structure of their content etc.

I do not doubt you are having issues, truly I do not, but "generally" its due to some known limitation (that might not be easily read) or some configuration, knowledge source structure etc. I again believe you sincerely, but without literally reviewing your entire agent, knowledge sources, tenant, managed environments, dlp policies, security groups and a host of other things :-( I wish I could help you better but its not possible.

I would go to your Admin Center and open a ticket there and then you can be assured it will get to the right people at Microsoft.

Here we can only try to help you and also have empathy and sympathy for your situation as we all do.

    Cheers,

If these suggestions help resolve your issue, Please consider Marking the answer as such and also maybe a like.

    Thank you!
    Sincerely, Michael Gernaey
