Hello everyone,

The copilot agents have suddenly stopped functioning since Monday, November 24, 2025. there is no response or an extremely delayed response (sometimes over 5 minutes). Occasionally, the agents simply break off a conversation. In addition, strange behavior suddenly occurred. For example, responses deviated from the instructions, which did not happen before. This behavior applies to agents shared via Teams as well as to test interactions in copilot Studio. The agents are currently unusable.

Hi @CU28111300-0,

Did you review the following?

GPT model changes: Confirm whether the model was changed from 4.1 to any preview model. Preview models often produce slower responses. Check this anywhere the model is referenced (e.g., Custom Prompt action).

Connections: Review all connections via Test Pane > … (ellipses) > Connections.

Agent settings: Verify if any settings were recently modified.

Knowledge/Tools: Ensure all knowledge sources and tools are still valid (e.g., SharePoint libraries not deleted, permissions unchanged).
